Refund Policy

Digital training bulletins may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded the primary asset package more than once and have not attended a linked live clinic tied to that purchase. Workshop deposits follow the schedule stated in your confirmation email.

Custom enterprise programs, signed statements of work, and late cancellations inside seventy-two hours of a scheduled workshop are generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

This policy covers purchases made directly through CoreSignal Mainframe Newsroom channels. Reseller purchases follow the reseller policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Email academy@drive-core.one with your order reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge within three business days.

Approved refunds for card payments are initiated with your issuer; settlement timing depends on banking networks. Approved refunds for domestic transfers in Korea are processed to the originating account where possible.

Eligibility depends on product type, consumption, and timing. We may propose credit toward a future workshop instead of cash refund when work has already started but not concluded. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights for consumers in Korea.
